Description
This is 5.8 Undersea Restaurant. It's in The Maldives on the island of Hurawalhi, a 2 minute speed boat ride from Komandoo Island Resort. It's name comes from the fact that it is 5.8 metres below the Laccadive Sea, in the Indian Ocean. As with travel luxury, dining luxury is now a whole new experience.....and one you'll never forget as you watch the beauty of nature all around you. A must experience if you visit The Maldives!

fantastic, but how does someone get into this restaurant if it is under the sea? Is there electricity to cook the food? L
Neil R Finlay replied:
Thank you very much Constance! There is a walkway out to a terrace and a spiral staircase leads down to the restaurant. I presume thereβs electricity as some lights were on! ππ»πΈ Neil
